NewCalendar in Cal Desktop

Your calendar, with your bookings in it.

Cal Desktop puts the meetings people book with you beside your Google and Outlook calendars, in one week on your Mac. Open a meeting and one click joins the call and starts the notes.

Bookings stand apart.

Cal.com bookings keep a colour of their own, so the meetings people booked with you never blend into the ones on your Google and Outlook calendars. Show or hide any calendar from the sidebar.

Join the call. The notes start with it.

Open a meeting and Join + Start joins the call and starts the notes together. The drawer has a key for each step: J to join, S to start without joining, N for the notes, O to open the meeting where it lives.

Every view on one key.

Day, three days, week, month and schedule each sit on one key, the same ones the app uses. T brings you back to today.

Point at the calendar and press D, 3, W, M or A.

Move it without the mouse.

Drag to draw a meeting, or press C for one at the next hour. The arrows walk between meetings, ⌥ and an arrow nudges one along, and ⌘Z takes it back. ? opens the whole sheet.

Your team's week, one switch away.

Switch the sidebar from your meetings to a team's and the week shows your teammates' bookings. You see them as they are; only their owners move them.
