Chairs, staff and services, always in sync
A booking page for the salon and one for every stylist. Cal.com takes deposits, sends the reminders and keeps the day full without a single missed call.

Trusted by fast-growing companies around the world
Every service, its own event type
A cut is 45 minutes, a colour is three hours with a break in the middle, a consultation is free. Cal.com gives each service its own duration, price, buffer and questions, so clients book exactly what they need and you know what is coming.
Set opening hours per stylist and per chair. Clients choose a service, pick a person or take the first available, and pay a deposit if you ask for one. Reminders go out before the appointment, and cancellations follow the window you set.
A day at the salon, booked
From the first consultation to the regular six-week visit.
Consultations
Free or paid, in the chair or on Cal Video. Booking questions collect photos, allergies and history before the client arrives.
Deposits and no-show fees
Take a deposit on booking with Stripe, or hold the card and charge only when a client does not turn up.
Buffers and processing time
Add clean-up time after each service and a gap for colour to develop, so two clients never share one chair.
Rebooking made easy
A follow-up workflow after the appointment sends a link to book the next visit, six weeks out, in one tap.
Reminders that fill the chair
Workflows send SMS and email reminders, ask for confirmation, and let clients reschedule themselves instead of calling the front desk.
SMS and email reminders
The day before and the hour before, with the address, the stylist's name and a reschedule link.
Cancellation windows
Minimum notice and cancellation limits are settings on the event type. Late cancellations can keep the deposit.
Calendars in sync
Google, Outlook and Apple calendars stay in step, so a stylist's day off blocks the chair everywhere.
Any language, any time zone
Booking pages in your clients' language, with appointment times shown in theirs.
One page for the whole team
Cal.com teams give every stylist, barber and therapist their own availability under one shared salon page.
Team booking pages
The salon's page lists every service and stylist. Each stylist's own page lists only what they do.
First available
Round-robin assigns walk-in style bookings to whoever is free, so new clients never wait for a specific name.
Insights
Appointments per stylist, no-show rates, busiest hours and revenue per service in one dashboard.
