How to read it
The face is one day. Midnight is at the bottom, noon at the top, and the hours run clockwise around the edge, like the sun through a day. Each hand is a city and points at that city's local time right now. Two hands close together are in nearly the same zone; hands on opposite sides are twelve hours apart.
The shaded part of the dial is sleeping hours, 22:00 to 6:00 local. The ring inside the edge is working hours, 9:00 to 17:00. A hand in the ring is at work, a hand in the shade is asleep. Scroll over the dial or drag the slider to move every hand through the day together and find the hours when your whole team is in the ring.
